Many of us try to do everything we can to stay healthy, we exercise, try the newest diet fad, take our daily vitamins, but at times it can be overwhelming. Even keeping up with the latest medical research can be challenging, it’s like even the doctors can’t decide on what’s good for you and what’s not.
For today’s podcast, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee chats with Pedram and tries to make this all a bit easier for us. Through his years of experiences as a doctor, Dr. Chatterjee, has worked out four key components to keep focus upon if we want to prevent disease: food, relaxation, sleep, and movement. Making little, incremental changes in each of these areas can keep us in tip top shape and help us regain our vitality. By focusing on little changes, rather than huge life alterations, getting and staying healthy is a bit more manageable. The multitude of little changes can add up to big results that will make all aspects of life better.
